A sample of a report created to understand how the client’s product is performing against their competitors. The information in the report is confidential, so all mentions of the product, competitors, and their capabilities have been stripped.

In the analysis we learned that the client is behind its competitors with their capabilities and features of the product, but has improvements rolling out this year. When it comes to familiarity, claimed usage, and satisfaction, while there is room for improvement, the client is still highest among competitors. Additionally, when highlighting the clients products side-by-side, we identified one product that was leading in perceptions. This trend continued throughout the report for this product as its perceptions, satisfaction, and usage outperformed all other products.

We identified one specific competitor as a top threat, and how they’re working hard to expose our clients biggest weakness. While the client has many strengths over the competition, we identified several opportunities to improve, by offering recommendations based off previous marketing efforts and supporting data.
