A market research survey can help you understand several aspects of your target market; allowing you to improve the quality of your decisions.

I know I'm not alone on the search for a new opportunity in these uncertain times of COVID-19. I programmed this survey to learn how others are handling this situation. 

I built this dashboard to better understand the landscape and mindset of the recently unemployed.

Recommendations for Companies: 

As a result of these findings, companies can lean more into hybrid/onsite as a result of people’s willingness to relocate. Additionally, if you want to widen the search pool, companies could shift their social strategy to reach people in complementary or similar roles, speaking to people who might be in the mood for a career change.
